Very beautiful area.

Softer mattress

Top-class property, has amazingly attentive staff with a friendly manner. Decent size, well laid out rooms with very good Wi-Fi and Netflix. Free parking nearby provided. Poolside bar and nice pool.

Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, I would have stayed for longer. Generally, the place was well-designed and had very attentive and skilful staff with a friendly manner. The

It was a high-class hotel, I would return here. The pool was nice, really tasty and fantastic breakfasts with bacon, the serving trays, amazing view.

Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay for two nights. The breakfast was really tasty and incredible with different options, the food was awesome! The location was particularly good, very close to the attractions

The room was delightful & luxury with all comforts, nice bathrooms and all amenities of 5 *.

There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was decent. The location was amazing, not too far from Kefalari Square. The staff were charming, good, will choose the place for future trips.

my recent stay in kifisia was amazing! theoxenia palace exceeded my expectations with its high standard and friendly staff. the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby. overall, a great value for a comfortable and classy hotel. 

Very nice hotel in a great location in the Kolonaki area near Kifissia. Great service and we enjoyed lounging by the pool.

Parking - some limited spaces reserved for hotel guests on the road outside the main entrance. Not a problem while we were there but I would imagine these would get taken up in busier times.

Staff were particularly helpful, room was large and well-organised in good condition.

Such a very good stay for such a short visit. Skilful staff with a good portion of humor. Approximately 29 minutes' drive from airport.
